How to Use a Facial Sauna for a Deep Cleansing Facial

 

The exclusive, two-step True Glow® Warm Steam and Cool Mist Facial Sauna uses warm steam to enhance overall skin tone and elasticity, and open pores to prepare your face for a deep cleanse. After cleansing, the cool mist closes pores. Include the facial sauna in your beauty regimen to hydrate your skin and diminish the appearance of aging and damage from sun and dry environmental conditions.
 

 

Set Up Sauna

  • 1. Lift facial cone from base and then lift hinged front of upper housing.
    2. Remove warm steam chamber cap and lift lid of cool mist chamber.
    3. Fill warm steam chamber with 2 cups of water, or until the water reaches the MAX fill line in the cool mist chamber.
    4. lose cool mist lid, warm steam cap, and front of housing.
    5. Place facial cone over the base.
    6. Plug unit into a 120 volt AC outlet.

 

Experience the Warm Steam Treatment

  • 1. Cleanse your face.
  • 2. Start with your face 3 to 4 inches away from the cone.
    3. Test the distance for your own comfort.
    4. Don't rest your face on the cone.
    5. Do not expose sensitive skin to steam for long periods of time.
    6. Check your face often to be sure it's not irritated.

  • 7. Turn switch to HOT.
    8. Set timer for 3, 6, 9, 12, or 15 minutes and begin to steam your face.

    9. Facial sauna will shut off automatically when the time set is finished or when the water level is low enough to trigger the water senor.
  • At the end of your set time period, rInse your face with warm/cool water to cleanse away loosened dirt, oil, and cosmetics.

Follow with Cool Mist Treatment

  • 1. After the warm facial steaming, turn switch to COOL. The cool mist will close your cleansed pores.
    2. Set timer for 3, 6, 9, 12, or 15 minutes.

    Remember, the facial sauna will shut off automatically when the time set is finished or when the water level is low enough to trigger the low water sensor. At the end of your sauna session, empty out any remaining water and dry the sauna with a clean towel before storing.
